                               It is February – the month of love and romance as people says but according to me love is unseasonal. Love is the phase of human being and if it is not, then must be. Every individual has his/her own definition about love & it is based on his/her experiences. Someone says that love is blind but for others love is god. Few thinkers and love guru thinks that love is nothing but hormonal kind of things but if any one want to ask me that what is my thinking about this, I just want to say that when you feel free and happiness in you all the time it is because you are in love. “Are in love” is a beautiful state of our conscience. Love is not the act of doing rather it is for being in it. Relaxing in it. And a lot of thing could be speak but I just want to say feel, feel & only feel. 

Be in love and feel it. Simply feel the moments. Let it be state of your being. Let it shaded on you till the end but in this you will have to be 100% there in this with full of reception & purity and don’t ad your observation in it. Love is not the state of thinking but it is more about feeling. And if you are going on right track you have a great chance to meet with you that who you are actually.

 If you reached the exact point of deep feelings you will realize that you are nothing. Trust me you will find this in deep love feelings. And it is not “zero state” of your being but it is exact “nothing state”. And it is so extreme and supreme that you will surprised before it you were living on periphery. Love and relationship were peripheral before it and you were very far from you.  And here in this moments you will find first time yourself, exact you & then magic will start in your life, whole universe will become your part. Hate, pain, jealousy and irritation will evaporate. And you will become pure and damn! Pure. Then life and your mind will not urge for finding love and happiness but this will become your state and you will explore it directly/ indirectly in all the directions.

Road Space Rationing – A perfect, practical and effective solution

From 1^st January 2016, finally Delhi Government has started this rule. Yet it is on trial basis up to 15 Jan. People have different view for this rule; some of them are against it, but some intelligent people are supporting it – the ones who know about environment and love their life.

This traffic restraint policy is common in Latin American cities like Mexico City, Santiago Chile and Sao Paolo, Costa Rica, Honduras, La Paz, Bolivia. Beijing implemented temporary restrictions during the Bejing Olympics in 2008 and were able to improve air quality. Paris has also issued driving restrictions on a limited basis. And so has Rome. This is the history of introducing road rationing policies in cities.

What does Road space rationing mean?

It is also called “Alternate-day travel, driving restriction, no drive day.

According to this rule, cars with odd and even number plates will run on alternate days of the week. For example, if your vehicle’s number ends in 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9 will run on odd dates and the number plates ending in 0,2,4,6 and 8 will run on even dates.

History

The earliest known implementation of road space rationing took place in Rome, as carriages and carts pulled by horses created serious congestion problems in several Roman cities. In 45 B.C. Julius Caesar declared the center of Rome off-limits between 6 a.m. and 4 p.m. to all vehicles except for carriages transporting priests, officials, visitors, and high ranking citizens

Effective time- The rule will apply between 8 AM to 8 PM from Monday to Saturday.

Purpose

I don’t think that it will not work, it is simple understanding that this trial will bring good result for reducing pollution and traffic too in Delhi but I feel for those people who are raising slogans against this rule even those people who belong to Delhi.. And they and their families are directly affected by pollution. They should welcome this rule for the sake of their life but they are un welcoming this rule, however Delhi is not being polluted by vehicle’s emission only but everyone knows that vehicle’s are also playing an important role.

The rule is a pilot move to reduce the pollution levels in Delhi. For the convenience of commuters, the frequency of Metro trains will be increased. Secondly, about 3,000 buses will ply on the road at regular intervals. Third, radio taxi services such as Ola and Uber will introduce the aspect of car-pooling in Delhi-NCR.

Who will not affect by rule-

See friends, before few months ago we have heard that Delhi is not safe for women, but nowadays we will have to say that Delhi is not safe for living individual and especially for pregnant women. In the environment of Delhi a number of mutants, carsinogens, and particulate matter has been identified that can cause mutation in the DNA of embryo too.

As usual, the following set of people will be exempted from following the road space-rationing rule:

·         Vehicles driven on CNG

·         Electric and hybrid vehicles

·         Two-wheelers

·         Female drivers, with women passengers only

·         Female drivers with a child/children below 12 years

·         Medical emergency (after showing considerable proof)

·         Passengers are physically challenged

·         Top Government officials including the Prime Minister, President, Vice President, CJI, Lok Sabha Speaker, Dy. Chairman Rajya Sabha, Dy. Speaker Lok Sabha, State Governors, and Lt. Governor.

PENALTY

In case a person breaks the rule of road space – rationing, he will be charged with a fine of Rs. 2000. If you have lots of money, you will not be affected by this rule.

My View

I have stayed for two years in Delhi; even now I keep visiting the city often. Who would want to stay in such a polluted city? I don’t have any reason to stay in Delhi permanently.

The residents of Delhi or the Delhi government has recently thought about resolving the problem of pollution which is occurring from the last 10 years

The only reason contributing to increase in pollution is not just the increasing number of vehicles; other reasons include industries, factories, fewer plants etc. Restrictions on the number of vehicles will relieve the problem of pollution a little because it is our responsibility

You cannot shut down factory operations all of a sudden; it takes quite enough time to setup a carbon-controlled manufacturing plant. However, it can be expected from the common man that you travel from Janakpuri to Connaught Place via metro train, cycle, or local bus.

The government will contribute its 25% efforts to reduce the pollution level; it is expected that the common man takes 80% of the responsibility. It depends on us to make a choice; someone needs to take an initiative. In the entire lifetime of a human being, a person consumes oxygen generated by minimum 20 plants, but how many plants does an individual plant?

पेरिस, आतंकवाद, और राजनीती

किसी शायर ने बोला है

      कि वो कोन  लोग है , जो  बम्ब बनाते है !

      उनसे अच्छे है वो कीडे, जो रेशम बनाते है !

          पेरिस में हुई घटना जहा दुःख , दर्द , पीडाए, रोष लेकर आई व्ही अमेरिका व् भारत पर हुए आतंकी हमलो के जख्म भी ताजे कर गई! सोशल साइट्स पर पूरी दुनिया ने और आम लोगो तक ने निंदा की ! पेरिस की बिजी गलिया , बाजार सुनसान है ,, दर्द पसरा है , इन्सान सहमा है , हर तरफ सन्नाटा है! कल तक जिनके साथ मुस्कुरा रहे थे आज उनके लिए आंसू बहाने में लगे है ! घटना के बाद खबर आई की दुनिया की अगुआई करने वाले सभी देश इस आतंकवाद से मिलकर लड़ेगे! एक विस्व्व्यापी तरीको से ! पहले भी इस तरह की घटनाओ के बाद सारी दुनिया के बडे राजनितिक देश यही बोले है ! मगर अब तक सायद कोई कदम नही उठाये गए है पूरी दुनिया की ही तरफ से ! कुछ बाते साझा कर रहा हु – वे लोग जानवर ही कहे जाने चाहिए जो इस तरह से मासूम लोगो का खून बहाते है ! इनके सेकड़ो नाम है ! हर एक व्यक्ति किसी भी घटना पर अपनी समझ के अनुरूप ही राय बनाता है ! अजमल कसाब  19 साल का लड़का मुंबई में खुले आम ,बड़ी निडरता से, गोलिया बरसा देता है मासूमो की जिन्दगिया राख बन जाती है! ध्यान देने वाली बात है 19 साल की उम्र ! यहाँ तो 19 की उम्र में लड़का अपना कच्छा तक अपनी माँ से धुलवाता है ! मूल में देखोगे तो पाओगे की “कसाब या इसी तरह के वे sucide बॉम्बर जिन्होने अमेरिका पर हमले किये या अब पेरिस में”, तो कुछ चीजे स्पस्ट हो जाती है ! 18 से 30 की आयु में किसी का खून बहाना, किसी की जान ले लेना और इसके लिए अपनी जिन्दगी लुटा देना बहुत ही सहास का काम है ! अपनी खुद की जिन्दगी व्ही दाव पर लगा सकता है ,जिसे जिन्दगी का न तो मूल्य मालूम है और न जिन्दगी की परवाह! इन लोगो को अपनी ही जिन्दगी से प्रेम नही तो कैसे ये किसी की जिन्दगी को प्रेम से देख पायेगे ! ये वो लोग है जिनके पास खोने को कुछ है ही नही ,,न इनकी जिन्दगी में सपने है ,न उम्मीदे, न प्रेम ! ये वो लोग है जो अपने ही समाज में जीवन की race में हार गए है ,, इनके पास जीने के न तो मूलभूत सुविधाए है न उनको अर्जित करने का होशला ! 

       हर एक बड़ा आतंकी संघठन किसी न किसी मुल्क की उपज है जिसका इस्तेमाल ये देश करते है दुसरे उन्नत देश के खिलाफ ! अब ये बात लगभग तमाम दुनिया के विचारक जानते है ! इस तरह का कोई भी संघटन जुड़ा होता है राजनेतिक शक्तिओ से ! पूरा इतिहास उठा कर देख लीजिये लगाम तो राजनेतिक लोगो के हाथ में ही होती है बशर्ते ये शांति वार्ताओ या रेलियो की तरह सरेआम न हो ! हमारे जैसे ही आम ,दबे कुचले, पीछे ,कुंठित लोगो को आतंकी संघटन मोहरा बनाते है ! संघटन का मुखिया किसी न किसी राजनातिक ताकतों से जुड़ा  ही होता है वर्ना क्या मजाल दुनिया के 200 से भी जयादा मुल्क जिनकी आबादी लगभग 6.5 अरब मुठी भर आतंकवादियो से डर जाये ! हकीकत यही है के दुनिया भर की राजनीती ने कभी चाहा ही नही की दुनिया में प्रेम, सोहार्द, नैतिकता या मानवीयता विकसित हो! अगर किसी के पास जीने के लिए सभी मूलभूत संसाधन उपलब्ध होंगे तो कोई क्यों चोरी करेगा?, कोई क्यों लूट करेगा? मै या आप चोरी नही करते क्युकी हमारे पास वो सब या तो है या हम अपनी मेहनत से पैदा कर रहे है जो जीवन के लिए अहम् है ! मै या आप कभी किसी का rape नही करेगे क्युकी हम प्रेम को समझते है, मानवीय तथा अमानवीय क्रत्यो का हमको बोध है! ध्यान रखना व्ही इन्सान rape करता है जिसके जीवन में प्रेम का कोई फूल नहीं खिला है! जो  supress है या कुंठित मानसिकता वाला ! जयादातर इस तरह की आतंकी गतिविधिओ में front वाले ये व्ही लोग है जो जिन्दगी से हर गए है ! जिन्हे निम्न कहा जाता है ! इन्ही को मोहरा बनाया जाता है और ये बन जाते है क्युकी हारी, दबी, कुचली, नाउम्मीदी से भरी जिन्दगी में थोड़ी सी गलत शिक्षा व् थोडा सा लालच उजाले की किरण जैसा महसूस होता है ! और इसी तरह ये संघटन बडे और रोज बडे होते जाते है और फिर राजनीती की सह में ये खेलते है इस तरह के खुनी खेल !

       आज इस जमीन पर इतना परमाणु हथियार है की इस पूरी प्रथ्वी को लगभग 100 बार नष्ट किया जा सकता है ! 100 बार .....!!!! और देखो अब भी दुनिया रुक नही रही रोज हम हथियारों की नयी फसल बोने में लगे है ! दुनिया भर के राजनेता कहे चले जाते है की ये सब सुरक्षा के लिए है !!!??? यहा हर किसी को हिटलर बनना है किसी को कबीर या जीसस बंनने में दिलचस्पी नही ! हर जगह हथियार बनते है,, पूरी जमीन पर... छोटे बडे स्तर पर ! और सबसे बड़ी मुर्खता देखो व्ही देश बड़ा है जो इस तरह की शक्तिओ में ऊपर है ! और दुनिया को ये बताया जाता है यही सिखाया जाता है की यही है developement का सही पैमाना !!??? और हम जैसे आम लोग पूरी दुनिया में सदियो से फुद्दू बनते आ रहे है की सच में येही विकास है ! क्या लगता है इन हथियारों से अंगूर का रस निकलेगा ?? या प्रेम की गंगा बहेगी ? पूरी मनुष्य जाती पागलपन की तरफ बढ़ रही है बल्कि दोड़ रही है ! युद्ध के पाठ्क्रम है, कॉलेज है, शिक्षाए है, पूरा प्रबंधन है, सभी देशो में !!!!!!!!! सारी दुनिया खोज लो आप प्रेम की, भावनाओ की, सोहार्द की शिक्षाओ के लिए एक भी institute खोज पाना मुस्किल है ! क्युकी प्रेम तो युद्ध के विपरीत है! राजनीती प्रेम से नही युद्ध और डर से चलती है! मूलभूत शिक्षाए ही मनुष्य को गलत दी जाती रही है शदियो से!  3 हजार सालो में इस जमीन पर 5 हजार युद्ध लडे गए है ,,कितने ही मासूम मर दिए जाते है बेवजह जिनसे किसी देश या सरकारों को कोई लेना देना नही ! कभी इन युद्धों को ,इन हत्याओ को नाम दिया जाता है धर्म का, कभी सुरक्षा का और भी न जाने क्या क्या ..... सही अर्थो में मनुष्य न तो प्रेम और ही धर्म को सही से सिख पाया आप देखे इतना कुछ प्रेम और धर्म पर बोला गया है ,खोजा गया है और किसी विषय पर नही! चेतना उच्च सिखर तो प्रेम और धर्म ने दिए है इस जमीन को ..महात्मा बुध, कबीर , जीसस , नानक, कृष्णा, मोहम्मद साहब, लाओत्से, और राजनेति ने दिए चंगेज खा, तमूर लंग , इडियट हिटलर, सिकंदर, नपोलियन, स्टॅलिन , मुसोलिनी!

आम लोगो से सारे मुल्को में सिर्फ वोट मांगे जाते है, न उनसे कुछ पूछा जाता है, न बताया !!! गरीब देशो को विध्वंशक हथियार दिए जाते रहे है,,बहुत अधिक तादात में और फिर लोगो को लड़ा दिया जाता है ! आज हम कुछ भी सोचे ..किसी को भी अपना भगवान् माने राजनातिक कभी नही चाहेगा की आतंकवाद को जड़ से ख़त्म किया जाये! उपरी लिपा पोती संभव है ! हिटलर ने अपनी बायोग्राफी में लिखा है “ जब तक तुम्हारे दुश्मन न हो तुम महान नेता नही बन सकते, और अगर दुश्मन ना हो तो जूठे दुश्मन निर्मित करो और चिल्लाओ की देश खतरे में है क्यकी लोगो में जब भय होगा तभी वे गुलाम बनेगे और राजनेतिक लोगो का अनुसरण करेगे” और उस पागल हिटलर की ये बात हर राजनेता दोहराए चला जा रहा है सारी दुनिया में !

राजनेतिक लोगो ने करीब करीब इस धरती को विध्वंशक स्तिथि में पहुचा ही दिया है ! बस , रेल , कार , जहाज , आणविक sabmarine हर जगह हथियार है, कहा, कब, कोन किसको रोंद दे इसकी कोई खबर नही हैं ! कोई भी सुरक्षित नही है जमीन पर ! प्रथ्वी से जीवन एक ही झटके में ,,एक ही बटन पर ख़त्म करने में राजनीती लगभग सफल रही है ! चुकी विज्ञान भी इन्ही शक्तिओ के हाथ है ! प्रेम और धर्म जब दास बन जाते है तो ये ही कल्पना की जा सकती है ! सबसे मजे की बात ये है इतनी बड़ी मानव आबादी इस जमीन पर –ये मानने लगी है की ये पागलपन की अंधी दोड़ ही विकास है !!!!!!!????????

सबसे बुरी खबर ये है दोस्तों की इस जमीन से युद्ध कभी सायद अब ख़तम नही हो सकते, क्युकी जमीन पर इतना हथियार बनाया जा चूका है जिस पर हर मुल्क का अरबो में इन्वेस्टमेंट है ! अगर शांति कायम हो गई तो इतनी बडे इन्वेस्टमेंट की भरपाई कैसे होगी और कोई मुल्क नही चाहता की उसके हतियारो में जंग लगे ! चीजे बहुत बुरी तरह उलझ गई है !! सारी दुनिया के शीर्ष राजनेतिक लोगो में अगर महिला, धर्म को समजने वाले और वैज्ञानिक अगर अपनी जगह बना पाए तो ही नयी ,शांतिपूर्ण , प्रेम, मानवीयता से लबरेज दुनिया की कल्पना की जा सकती है वर्ना तो लगभग आज मनुष्य ने अपनी कब्र लगभग खोद ही ली है !...................................

                                   To the sons, saints, priest’s sons of India, this is my humble request to each and every citizen of India. I want to tell all of you that because of you, my integrity and self-respect is in danger. All of you in different manner have exploited me and destroyed my individuality. On one hand, all Indians call me Ganga Mata, while on the other hand I flow into the dirty seepages. On any festive occasion such as Dusshera, Shivratri and many others, you celebrate on my banks. For your kind information all waste discarded by you enters into my pure waters.

       Oh! Indians! My eyes are filled with tears when the whole world calls me the ‘most polluted river’. The fishes that swim in my water are endangered. Many aquatic plants and organisms are in danger because of the pollution caused by you. You have referred to me as ‘Mother Ganga’ considered my water as pious but in this modern race of life, you are polluting me to an extent that I feel I have been raped by my children. As a mother, I tolerate every action of yours without any protest. From many years, I have provided water to irrigate your crops, purified your households; but, you have attacked me several times with fierce weapons that I am choking for breath now.

                         

So many governments have come and gone, municipalities have made the public aware about my plight. NGOs have also tried their best efforts. Many social activists, politicians and concerned people have stood against my pollution. Crores of money has been spent on my beautification. But unfortunately! What is the outcome? I regret my children who call me ‘Ma’, have impure blood running through their veins and are corrupt. Shame on you Indians,  who call me ‘Ma’ and exploit me. If all of you join hands and still cannot secure a pure natural gift then shame on the 121 crores of Indians.

And remember, even if a single person does not understand his role, does not try to keep me pure, then one day even I will be considered a sewer like my sister, Yamuna and will become a historical item.

     How can you forget today that you are the descendants of saints and priests or how can you forget about the deeds of your ancestors?

How can you forget the temperature of Bhagirathi, the pledge taken by Bheeshma?

How can you forget the vast resources of India that has filled the whole world with love, culture, traditions and educations.

You must never forget, sons of India, because of your sanctity Gods have emerged out of the rocks. Your dedication has given rise to the sculptures of Gods from plants. Your immense faith gave rise to the birth of goddesses. Your bravery and courage has given you strength to scale unbelievable heights such as the moon, stars and even Mars. The whole world, for the last many year has sung your verses. Just one more time take a deep breath, empower your determination and save your mother’s pride. It is a humble request to all my children, please save my sanctity and self esteem. Save my integrity you Indians, I request you with folded hands, do not allow me to degrade further, I want to live too , gift me my life, please!

      हे भारत के पुत्रो,     ,हे ऋषियों, मुनियों कि संतानों, मै आज भारत में बसने वाले प्रत्येक व्यक्ति से एक निवेदन करना चाहती हू | मै बताना चाहती हूँ कि सिर्फ तुम सब के कारण आज मेरा अस्तित्व खतरे में पड  गया है | तुम सबने अलग – 2  तरीको से जो प्रदूषण रूपी प्रहार मुझमे किये है उससे मेरा सीना तार – तार हो गया है | एक तरफ तुम सभी भारतीय मुझे गंगा माता कहते हो और दूसरी और मुझमे गंदे नाले डालते हो, किसी भी पर्व पर “चाहे वो कुम्भ हो दशहरा, शिवरात्रि हो या दुसरे त्यौहार जो तुम मेरे तट पर मनाते हो, तुम्हारे जाने के जो कूड़ा – करकट, गंदगी तुम छोड़ जाते हो सब कुछ मुझमे ही मिल जाता है

       हे भारतवाशियों मेरी मेरी आँखे आसूओं से भर जाती है जब पूरा विश्व मुझे दुनिया की सर्वाधिक प्रदूषित, गन्दी नदी कहकर बुलाता है | मेरे जल में रहने वाली लगभग सैकड़ो प्रकार मछलियों कि प्रजातियों को तुमने खतरे में डाल दिया | हजारो प्रकार के जलीय पोधो व जीवो  का जीवन आज खतरे में पड़ गया है  तुम्हारे इस प्रदुषण के कारण लगभग सैकड़ो प्रकार के उभयचर प्राणियों कि प्रजाती आज मृत्यु कि कगार पर है | शदियों से ही तुम सब ने मुझे माँ कहा है, मेरे पानी को गंगाजल कहा है मगर आधुनिकता कि इस दोड़ में तुमने जो प्रदुषण रूपी प्रहार मुझ पर किये है, उससे ऐसा महसूस होता है कि मेरी ही सन्ताने मेरा बालात्कार कर रही हो | मै तो फिर माँ हू न, सब कुछ सह लेती हू, शदियों से ही मैंने तुम्हारी फश्लो को मैंने रोपा है, तुम्हारे घर-आँगन को पवित्र बनाया है, मगर तुम सभी ने मेरे सीने पर ये कैसे खंजर चलाये कि मुझे आज साँस तक नही आ रहा,  मेरा दम घुटता है आज |

    कितनी ही सरकारे आई और चली गयी, कितनी ही बार न्यायपालिका ने सबको चेताया मेरें दर्द के बारे में | कितने ही गैर सरकारी संगठनो ने प्रयास किये | ना जाने कितने ही समाज सेवक, राजनेता, चिन्तक मेरे शुद्धिकरण के लिए खड़े हुए |अरबो रूपये मेरे श्रृंगार पर बहाया गया | मगर अफसोस ! परिणाम क्या हुए सब आपके सामने है | मुझे अफसोस है आज ऐसी संतानों की माँ कहलाते हुए जिनकी रगों में दोड़ने वाला खून पापी, भ्रष्टाचारी और आडम्बरी का है | धिक्कार है फिर मुझे उन सभी भारत के सपूतो पर जो मुझे माता कहकर स्वांग करते है और मेरा ही चीर हरण करते है | अगर आप सभी मिलकर भी मेरे जैसे पवित्र, निर्मल, प्राकृतिक स्त्रोत की रक्षा नही कर पा रहे है, तो धिक्कार है तुम्हारा 121 करोड़ होना | और ध्यान रखना यदि आज प्रत्येक व्यक्ति ने अपनी भागीदारी नही समझी, मुझे स्वच्छ रखने का प्रयत्न नही किया तो वह दिन दूर नही कि मुझे भी मेरी बहन यमुना कि तरह shiver समझा जायेगा, और धीरे – धीरे मै मात्र एक इतिहास के पन्नो तक सिमित रह जाउंगी |

     आज तुम कैसे भूल गये कि तुम ऋषि मुनियों की संताने हो, आज तुम कैसे भूल गये अपने पूर्वजो के पराक्रम को ?

आज तुम कैसे भूल गये भागीरथी के तप को, भीष्म कि कसम को,

आज तुम कैसे भूल गये भारत कि उपलब्धियों को जिसने हमेशा पूरे विश्व को प्रेम, संस्कार, संस्कृति कि शिक्षा दी     है |

मत भूलो भारत के पुत्रों कि तुम्हारी भक्ति से पत्थरों से भगवान प्रकट हुए है | तुम्हारी श्रद्धा से पौधों से 

देवताओ की छवि प्रकट हुई है | वो तुम्हारा अटूट विश्वास ही था कि नदियों से माताएं और देवियों के दर्शन 

हुए | अपने अदम्य साहस के कारण ही तुम चाँद, तारो और मंगल तक पहुचे हो, नये - नये कीर्तिमान तुमने 

रचे | पूरा विश्व शदियों – शदियों तक तुम्हारी गाथाये गायेगा बस एक बार फिर अपनी सांसो में हुंकार भर 

लो, अपने होंसलो में हिम्मत भर लो, और अपनी इस माँ की लुटती हुई इज्जत को बचा लो मेरे पुत्रो, मेरे 

अस्तित्व को बचा लो मेरी संतानों
