Oh my dear human beings,
We all are aware that the whole earth spanning across a surface area of 510,07200 km2 supports the life of 7.2 billion humans. Our earth is the most beautiful place to live in this Universe, is worth leading an ideal life with the basic necessities easily by Mother Nature. In this 1 cr and 30 lakh years old universe Earth is the only planet that has witnessed several human civilizations. It is possible that human life may exist in some other planet too. Anthropology believes that the basic elements supporting the human life include sulphur, phosphorus, oxygen, carbon and nitrogen; these elements are available in abundance in our Mother Earth. According to GRB or Gamma Rays Bust Theory, the Earth is the only planet that supports human life. Paleontologists have studied ancient fossils to prove that the Mother Earth has all life-supporting elements in abundant quantities. The principle of SAP or Strong Anthropic Principle believes that the Earth not only came into existence for life rather it came into existence only for the presence of human life. Famous American anthropologist Michael Hart states “ In this Earth all human beings are alone, aliens are not present here.”
The present human culture has scaled great heights in the fields of science, technology and biology. Man has even reached the moon and set his presence on Mars as well. It is commendable because the philosophy of human life is to achieve progress and discover new ideas. However, my heart feels scared sometimes, i feel a fire burning deep inside me,and I question myself, “ is the modern man so bewildered by the fast paced and modern life that he has forgotten or escaping from his duties towards this world?” Yes, i am worried for my wonderful Earth that provides air, water, light and the other basic needs to lead my life properly. Since my birth till date i have just polluted this land and when i realize my mistake, i decided too share my concern for Mother Earth with you all. I pledge that i will strive to put in best efforts to preserve this wonderful world of mine.
I am really worried about the polluted environment we are living in the present that is contributing to the major issue of Global Warming. The rapid increase of carbon dioxide and tremendous decrease of water bodies as well as the plants has a huge impact on our environment and making our lives toxic day by day. the particulate matter present in the air is the main reason of the deaths of around 10 lakh people in this world. Natural greenhouses gases CO2, methane, water vapours, nitrous oxide and man-made green houses such as CFCs, PFCs, SF6 are polluting the atmosphere every single minute, as a result the ozone layer is depleting and giving rise to the harmful UV rays into our lives that contribute to the development of cancer and other mutations.
The steep increase in the global warming has led to the melting of the polar ice caps, which has in turn resulted in the increase of coastal floods. if we do not make efforts to control the rapid spread of global warming, one day will come when the coastal areas of New York, Boston, Mumbai, Kolkatta and other cities will diminish. the Earth is facing an increase in the temperature to about 4 degrees and it is a warning signal to the human civilization.
I salute the mankind and its development, in the present decade man has achieved great heights in the field of geography, technology and economy. however, somewhere deep inside me i regret and feel the burden of the pained, troubled and tortured earth that is screaming at us , “ why have you exploited me in order to scale new heights of success?” We have put our lives at a great risk and destroyed the heavenly Earth, polluted it, and if then we have reached even up to Mars so this is not a sign of human upliftment but a warning for the degradation of human civilization. this is an example of disasoiation of mankind with the world and humanity itself. if all citizens of the world do not support the movement against polluting the Earth, then the future generations will curse us and call us names such as fraud, disloyal, liars and artificial fools. even if we ignore this fact, isn’t it our responsibility to preserve the natural gifts of Mother Earth?

पृथ्वी वासियो के नाम एक पत्र
ओ मेरे प्रिय मनुष्य, ये तो हम सभी जानते ही है कि आज पूरी पृथ्वी (जिसका surface area 510,07200 km2 है) पर हम मनुष्यों कि संख्या 7.2 बिलियन हो चुकी है | हमारी ये पृथ्वी इस भ्रमांड में उपस्थित सबसे सुंदर , जीवन के लिये उपर्युक्त तथा मानव की मूलभूत उपयोगी सामग्री का साधारण व् सरल माध्यम है | एक करोड़ तीस लाख साल पुराना हमारे भ्रमांड में पृथ्वी के आलावा कही भी अभी तक मानव सभ्यता के पाए जाने का कोई प्रमाण नहीं मिला है |ये संभव है कि भ्रमांड में सायद कही किसी अवस्था में जीवन हो| खगोलशास्त्र मानता है कि जीवन के लिय जरुरी तत्व सल्फर, फास्फोरस, ओक्सिजेन, कार्बन, व् नाइट्रोजन पूर्ण और संतुलित अवस्था में मात्र हमारी धरती पर ही मोजूद है| GRB- Gama rays bust theory के अनुसार भी यही बात सामने आई है की हमारी पृथ्वी पर ही जीवन संभव है| Paleontologist भी फोसिल्स कि स्टडी के आधार पर प्रमाणित कर चुके है कि पुरे ब्रमांड में जीवन के लिय आवस्यक तत्वों का बेजोड़ संगम सिर्फ पृथ्वी पर ही है| SAP- STRONG ANTHROPIC PRINCIPLE तो यहा तक मानता है कि ब्रमांड न केवल जिन्दगी के लिए निर्मित हुआ है बल्कि यह केवल और केवल मनुष्य के निर्मित हुआ है| प्रसिद्ध American खगोलसास्त्री Michal hart कहते है- इस ब्रमांड में हम अकेले है यह कोई ailen नही है.
आज मानव सभ्यता वैगानिक, तकनीकी, व् भोतिक, उन्नति के सिखर पर जा पहूची है| मनुष्य, चाँद, मंगल तथा दुसरे ग्रहों पर जीवन तलासने में जुटा है| जुटा भी होना चाहिए क्युकि मनुष्य होने का मतलब ही आगे बढते रहना है रहस्यों की खोज के लिए| किन्तु कभी कभी दिल में एक दर सा खाए जाता है, एक शूल सा चुबता है मेरे अन्तकरण में, कि कही आज का मनुष्य आधुनिकता की इस दोड़ में “पृथ्वी के लिय मनुष्य के कर्तव्यों” से एस्केप तो नहीं कर रहा है ? जी हा, मै अपने इस प्यारे घर पृथ्वी के लिय चिंतित हु, जो मुझे जीवित रहने के लिए हवा, पानी, प्रकाश व् मूलभूत सामग्री देता है | मै जन्म से लेकर आज तक इस ग्रह को सिर्फ गंदा ही करता रहा हु, और जब आज मुझे इस बात का अहसास हुआ के मेरा इस गृह के प्रीति क्या कर्तव्य है, तो मैंने ये आपसे शेयर करने का इरादा बनाया, और कसम खाई कि मै आज से इस धरती के सरंक्षण के लिए यथासम्भव प्रयास करुगा और करता ही रहूगा |
मुझे सबसे बड़ी चिंता पृथ्वी पर बढ़ रहे वातवरण के प्रदुषण तथा ग्लोबल वार्मिंग की है | पृथ्वी पर तेजी से बढ़ रही कार्बन डाई ऑक्साइड की मात्रा तथा तेजी से घट रही समुन्दी व् जमीनी पोधो की संख्या का सीधा असर हमारे वातावरण पर पड़ रहा है जिससे हम प्रतिदिन इसे जहरीला बना रहे है| हवा में बढ़ता particulate matter हमारे lungs पर प्रितिकूल असर डाल रहा है| आप तो जानते ही है हवा में present particulate matter के कारण दुनिया में १० लाख लोग मरते है | natural accuring green houses गैसेस कार्बन डाई ऑक्साइड, मीथेन, वाटर वपोर्स, nitros oxide तथा man made green houses गैसेस CFCs, PFCs, SF6 हर मिनट मेरी पृथ्वी के वातावरण को प्रदुषित कर रही है जिससे प्रथ्वी की ओजोन पर्त पतली हो गई है जिसके कारण सूरज से आने वाली खतरनाक UV Rays पृथ्वी पर उपस्थित मनुष्य में विभिन्न तरह के कैंसर व् mutation पैदा करने पर तुली है | तेजी से बढती global warming से polar ice capas melt होने लगे है, coastal floods पैदा होने लगे है| अगर इसी तेजी से global warming बढती रही तो वह दिन दूर नहीं जब coastal city जैसे NewYork, Bostan, Mumbai, colcatta का अस्तित्व ही खत्म हो जायगा|
Earth is moving towards a 4.0 temparture rise, और ये एक बहुत बड़ा खतरा है पृथ्वी पर मानव व् दुसरे जीवो के जीवन के लिए|
मै तो सलाम करता हू मनुष्य के विकास क्रम को, आज के मनुष्य की भोतिक, तकनीकी, व् आर्थिक उन्नति को | मगर अंदर ही अंदर रोती, बिलखती, चीखती प्रथ्वी की पीड़ा मेरे दिल पर मानो एक बोझ सा है, विकास के इतने ऊँचे सिखर पर पहुचने के बाद उस उन्नति का क्या मतलब जिसे पाने के लिय हमने पूरी पृथ्वी को दाव प् लगाया हो | अपने खुद के जीवन को दाव पर लगाकर व् स्वर्ग से सुंदर अपनी धरती को बंजर, प्रदुषित बनाकर अगर हम मंगल पर घर बना भी ले तो यह मानव की चेतना का ऊपर उठना नही बल्कि नीचे गिरना है, ये तो पलायन हुआ मानव का पृथ्वी से, मनुष्यता से| यदि आज पूरी दुनिया का मनुष्य इस पृथ्वी के वातावरणी ह्रास के खिलाफ नहीं उठा तो याद रखना आने वाली पीढियों में हमारी नस्ले हमें गालिया देंगी, हमे झूटे, आडम्बरी, ढोंगी, दिखावा करने वाला मुर्ख समझा जायगा, और ये बात छोड़ भी दे तो हमारा हमारी पृथ्वी के लिय तो कर्तव्य तो अधुरा रह ही जायगा न.
