A teacher displays a mirror to the society and teaches the
students about the difference between right and wrong, on
whom the whole society has a deep belief. We gladly send
our children (who are just like a raw sculpture or mould of
clay) to school or college, only because we have complete
trust on the teachers and the school operators.
proper guidance to the children, educate them about right-
wrong and give them a direction to their life. And, if the
teacher imparts education about the bad things instead of
the good ones then ?
If the teacher exploits the students,
just to fulfill his lusty desires, then what? A similar incident took place at a school in Muzaffarnagar when the principal tried to molest a Class 9th student, pressurizing her that if she blurts it out or complains to anybody, she will fail in the exam and her future will be destroyed.
In the first place, I salute the courage of the girl student, who raised her voice against the heinous act without any fear; generally, Indian women do not protest against such acts. The shameful act of the Principal has on one hand brought disrepute to the education community and on the other hand it serves as a wakeup call for those teachers who have lusty ambitions rising in their mind for students.
What will happen now? The teacher will be punished, case will be filed against him, the news will report about the case for some time and gradually people will forget about the issue completely, as the public has a very short memory. You can’t even imagine how tormented the concerned child will feel in these years that she has to carry the burden of an act in which she is not at fault. Her state of mind, thinking ability, and emotions will be affected in a great way. she will develop her physical, mental, and societal outlook with a different approach now. After the incident, she would find the teacher as a defaulter throughout her life. For we readers, it is another story, but for the girl child as she was stepping into the threshold of teenage, she got to know the real picture of a teacher, i.e. a lusty and disgusting person.
Maybe any incident of the similar nature in her future might not be as dangerous and venomous. and in this way the ancient tradition of teacher-disciple will be ruined.
the jerky question on this issue is why is it so?
why a teacher feels in this way for a student?
why does a Professor indulge himself in such crimes with the student?
why does a Senior Police Officer misbehave with his female colleague?
why does a judge or a lawyer harbour such feelings for his female junior colleagues and even expresses them?
why do the big officials or their children are found guilty of raping women?
why does the boss of a company molest a female employee or have a wrong intention towards her?
The examples of incidents stated above are occurring in every part of our country; the media channels have assisted in exposing such criminal acts in a concise manner to the public so that we are careful when are moving around the city.
These incidents occur daily in some nook and corner of the country, wherein 60 to 70% cases involving females are not reported or protested because women believe that by doing so they will be humiliated and their lives will be complicated. The absence of protest from the women has empowered the people who harbour such a degraded mentality that they commit such crimes repeatedly. even if some women find the courage to raise their voice against such acts, then the male chauvinistic society finds faults with such women. The whole country is flooded with incidents of rape and molestation, the culprit twists the law in his favour by misuse of political or financial power and escapes from any sort of punishment. Every citizen is aware about this dark truth, but we keep mum about the issue and avoid ourselves from getting involved in this whirlpool. but, why?
The main reason is that we have become so materialistic and running blindly after money that we have left our humanistic values far behind. In this race of modernism, we are disillusioned with the thought of turning modern that the feelings of love, sympathy, affection and spirit has no meaning in our lives now.
121 crores of population is being celebrated by the country of India. but is the country full of human beings or something else? we are proud of giving birth to a new child every day and we feel proud that our total population is 121 crores? Have you ever thought how will feed such a huge population? however, i will not discuss about the issue of the increasing population. I just want each person out of these 121 crore people to answer a pertinent question. Give the answer to yourself and not me. once you will answer yourself you will realize whether you are a human being or a monster that is surviving on this Earth. the question is , “Is a woman an object only meant for indulgence?” I don’t know from ancient times we have tortured a woman in different ways. It is not known who is the ‘wise’ person who has taught us through the Ages that women is a mere object. Remember to give the answer to your conscience. It doesn’t matter whether a woman wears Jeans or carries a mobile phone. The man’ mind is disillusioned and venomous, if men themselves do not come out of the whirlpool of lust and sex then it is hard to imagine a truly developed India.
If the government, law & order Parliament, millions of NGO’s are not able to stop the innumerable incidents then i think we require a new approach to resolve this issue. We need to go deep into the roots of the problem. Don’t we require an intellectual revolution on a national level? Intelligent scholars and strategists should find a solution to the problem of cleaning the human mentality that has disillusioned the modern youth. Otherwise, the same old principle will continue that due to a single dirty fish the whole ocean will be polluted.

शिक्षक जो समाज को एक आइना दिखाता है, विधार्थियों को सही-गलत की सीख देता है, जिस पर हमारा पूरा समाज विश्वास करता है | हम अपने बच्चो ( जो कि एक अनघड मूर्ति या कच्चे घड़े ) को विधाल्य, स्कूल या कॉलेज सिर्फ सिर्फ इसलिए ही ख़ुशी से भेज देते है क्योकि हम हमारे अध्यापको व विधाल्य संचालको पर भरोसा करते है |
हम भरोसा करते है कि विधाल्य में शिक्षक बच्चो को सही और उचित शिक्षा देंगे, सही-गलत कीसीख देंगे, जीने के लिए एक नजरिया देंगे | और अगर शिक्षक संस्कारो कि जगह कुसंस्कारों की शिक्षा दे तब ? और अगर शिक्षक ही अपनी वासना कि पूर्ति के लिए विधार्थियों का इस्तेमाल करे तब ? यही हुआ मुज्जफनगर के एक स्कूल में जहां प्रधानाचार्य ने 9th में पढने वाली एक छात्रा के साथ अश्लील हरकते की साथ ही उसे यह कहकर दबाना भी चाहा कि अगर वह इस विषय में किसे से कुछ भी कहेगी तो उसे फेल कर दिया जायेगा, और उसका भविष्य बरबाद कर दिया जायेगा |
सबसे पहले तो मै उस बच्ची के होंसले को सलाम करता हूँ, कि उसने निडर होकर आवाज उठाई, वर्ना भारतीय महिलाये आवाज ही कहा उठाती हैं | एक प्रधानाचार्य कि इस घिनोनी हरकत से जहां पूरा शिक्षक समाज खुद को कलंकित महसूस करता है, तो वही उन शिक्षको के भेष में छिपे वासना के कीड़ो को एक सीख भी जाती है कि होश में आ जाओ |
अभी क्या होगा उस शिक्षक को सजा मिलेगी, केस चलेंगे, कुछ दिन खबरे बनेंगी और छपेंगी और धीरे-धीरे हमेशा कि तरह सब शांत हो जायेगा | आप अंदाजा भी नही लगा सकते वह बच्ची कितने वर्षो तक इस दंश को मस्तिस्क में पालकर बड़ी होगी | उसकी सोच, समंझ, मानसिक विकास किस तरह प्रभावित होगा |उस बच्ची कि आगे कि सभी तरह कि व्रद्धिया (मानसिक, शारीरिक, तथा सामाजिक) एक नयी दिशा में विकसित होंगी | इस घटना के बाद उसकी नजरो में उम्रभर के लिए एक शिक्षक गुनहगार बन गया | हमारे लिए यह मात्र एक घटना होगी मगर उस बच्ची के लिए जिसने अपने यौवनकाल में पूर्वरूप से कदम भी नही रखा है, शिक्षक सिर्फ एक वहशी व अश्लील समझा जायेगा |
शायद उसकी आगे कि जिन्दगी में कोई भी विषम परिस्थिति इतनी खतरनाक नही होगी जितना कि शिक्षक !और इस तरह गुरु शिष्य परम्परा का भी यहाँ अंत हो जायेगा |
अब झकझोरने वाला प्रश्न ये है कि क्यू ?
क्यू एक शिक्षक अपनी एक छात्रा के साथ इस तरह की भावनाये रखता है?
क्यू एक प्रोफेसर अपनी सौध छात्रा को शोषित करता हुआ पाया जाता है?
क्यू एक पुलिस प्रसाशन का बड़ा अधिकारी अपने जूनियर महिला साथी का शोषण करता है?
क्यू कोई जज/वकील अपने जूनियर महिला साथियों के साथ इस तरह कि भावनाए रखता है,कृत्य भी करता है?
क्यू बड़े पदों पर बैठे माननीयो के बच्चे या खुद माननीय ही बलात्कार जैसे घटनाओ में संलग्न पाए जाते है?
क्यू कम्पनियों के बॉस अपनी महिला साथियों के लिए योन आकर्षण से भरा या दुव्हावार में लिप्त पाये जाते है?
उपरोक्त ! सभी तरह के मामले देश में कही न कही होते है और मै धन्यवाद देता हू मिडिया को, कि इन सभी घटनाओ को वे बड़े अच्छे ढंग से आम आम लोगो तक पहुचाते है ताकि हम सब समंझ ले कि कहाँ से बचकर चलना है |
ये सभी घटनाये रोज रोज देश के किसी न किसी कोने में घट रही है, जिनमे 60-70% मामलो में महिलाये इन घटनाओ के खिलाफ आवाज ही नही उठाती क्योकि शायद वो मानती है कि ऐसा करने से खुद उन्ही की इज्जत को खतरा है, या उनका जीवन उलझनों में पड़ सकता हैया जो भी और कारण हो | महिलाओ कि इन्ही कदम न बढ़ाने के कारण उन तुच्छ मानसिकता वाले लोगो को होंसला मिल जाता है और वो हर बार यही दोहराते है |और अगर कुछ महिलाये आवाज उठाती भी है, तो ये पुरुष समाज उल्टा उन्ही पर ऊँगली उठाता है | और पूरा देश जानता है कि कितने ही रैप के मामलो में अभियुक्त बरी हुए है | अभियुक्त किसी न किसी तरह जुगाड़ लगाकर प्रसाशन और न्याय को अपनी पावर या किसी भी link के कारण अपने पक्ष में कर ही लेता है | इस सत्य को समाज का हर तबगा जानता है मगर हम सब खामोश है | आखिर क्यों ?
क्योकि भौतिक विकास कि इस अंधी दोड में मानवीय मूल्य कही पीछे छूट गये है | आधुनिकता कि इस दोड में, modern बनने कि इस चकाचोंध में प्रेम, सोहार्द, आत्मा कही बिखर गयी है|
121 करोड़ होकर हम जश्न मनाते है कि लो जी हम हो गये 121 करोड़” |आदमी या कुछ और ? बच्चे पे बच्चा पैदा करने वाले हम भारतीय 121 करोड़ होने पर गर्व महसूस करते है ? कैसे होगा इतनी बड़ी और ज्यादा फसलो का भरण पोषण ? खैर मै जनसंख्या पर बात नही कर रहा अभी ? मै 121 करोड़ भारतीयों से, एक सच्चा और पवित्र प्रशन पूछता हू | जवाब मुझे मत देना, अपने आप को ही देना और जवाब खुद को देकर सोचना कि क्या तुम वास्तव में एक मनुष्य हो या कोई हैवान प्रजाती जो इस जमीन पर स्वांग करने आई है | प्रश्न है “क्या औरत सिर्फ एक भोग कि वस्तु है”? ना जाने कितने तरीको से हम सदियों से नारी का शोषण करते आये है | पता नही वो कोन मूर्ख था जिसने हमारी पीढियों को ये सिखाया कि “औरत मात्र एक चीज है”| जवाब खुद को देना | और इस बात से जरा भी फर्क नही पड़ता की महिलाये जीन्स पहेनती है, या मोबाइल रखती है | गन्दगी पुरुष कि सोच में है, अगर पुरुष अपने मन के इस वासना रूपी दलदल से भर निकल सके तब हम सच्चे,विकासशील/विकसित भारत कि कल्पना कर सकते है|
अगर देश कि सरकारे, न्यायपालिका, प्रसाशन हजारो- लाखो गैर सरकारी संघटन सब मिलकर भी इस तरह की घटनाओ पर रोक नही लगा पा रहे है तो शायद हमको नये नजरिये से सोचना जरूरी है | हमे वास्तविक जड़ो तक जाना ही होगा | क्या समूचे राष्ट्र को आज एक नयी नीति या विचार क्रांति की जरूरत नही है? देश के नीतिकारो को,देश के बुद्धिजीवी विचारको को अब तो मनुष्य कि मानसिकता पर काम करना ही चाहिए | वर्ना ! हर बार की तरह यही होगा कि बीमार कोई और है, इलाज किसी और का होगा, और सही कोई और ही हो जायेगा |
